Samegrelo. "Transparency International - Georgia" has released video depicting the everyday problems of IDPs residing in the former district hospital located in Zugdidi.

Samegrelo. Newly appointed Head of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Administration of the Abkhazian Government in Exile Otar Gogokhia has met with NGOs working on IDP problems on March 14 in Zugdidi.

Samegrelo. The Strategy and International Relations Research Fund and the NGO "Imedi" (hope) have presented on February 25 in Zugdidi the results of study on the problems of the local population living along the administrative border of Abkhazia.

On September 14, as part of the project "Enhancing IDP Participation in the Context of Parliamentary Elections", the Heinrich Boll Stiftung's South Caucasus Regional Bureau has organized the public meeting with participation of the IDPs with the single-seat MP nominees running in the 2012 parliamentary elections.
